Reservations and Dining

We strive to provide excellent dining experiences for all our guests:

Reservations

  • We recommend calling ahead to ensure table availability
  • Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time
  • Large parties (6+ people) may require advance notice

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance for parties of 6 or more. Late arrivals may result in reduced seating time or rescheduling to accommodate other guests.

Peak Hours Notice

During busy periods, seating may be limited to 90 minutes to accommodate all guests.

Pricing and Payments

Service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of service.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in menu prices but is greatly appreciated for excellent service. A 18% gratuity may be added to parties of 6 or more.

Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are available for purchase and make great gifts for Vietnamese food lovers.

Gift Card Terms

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Gift cards do not expire
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

Promotions and Specials

Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Special offers are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.
